Born June 27, 1922, in Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Elliot Howard and Sarah Margaret (Dowling) Lee.
She married Rev. William Kenneth Webb on Feb. 24, 1940. He died on Oct. 6, 2001.
She retired in 1973 from RCA in Indianapolis, where she had been an assembler.
She enjoyed Bible studies, reading, crocheting and her many church activities. She loved spending time with her family.
She attended the First United Methodist Church in Martinsville.
She was a 1940 graduate of Bedford High School.
Survivors include four daughters, Margaret P. "Peg" Broyer of Martinsville, Scarlett Whaley of Manchester, Tenn., Rolande Burch of Crawfordsville and Diana Wilkinson of Shelbyville; a son, William Kenneth Webb Jr. of Elwood; 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Theodore, Amos and Leo Lee, and two sisters, Grace and Hope Lee.
The service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, 190 N. Sycamore St., in Martinsville. The Rev. Mark Suter and the Rev. Becky Suter will officiate.
Visiting hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Costin Funeral Chapel, 539 E. Washington St., in Martinsville and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
The graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Cemetery in Silverville.
Costin Funeral Chapel in Martinsville is in charge of arrangements.
