In 1923 she was united in marriage to John Sparrow. John died January 23, 1927. She was later married to Elmer Ives and lived many years in Wichita. Elmer passed away February 10, 1971.
Left to mourn her passing are four sisters; Mrs. Hannah Brenton of Eureka, Ethel Fisher of Phillips, TX, Viola Call and Violet Dimick of El Dorado; one brother, Arthur Evenson of Eureka; several nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters: Mrs. Grace Bland, Mrs. Erma Eaton and Gladys Bush; and a brother, Tom Evenson, of Casper, Wyoming.
To know Alice was to love her and she will be sadly missed by her relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held February 9, 1974 from Campbell Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Schaectele.
Burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Eureka, Kansas.
