She was born in Independence, O., Aug. 9, 1886, and had been a resident of Lorain County for 42 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of LaGrange.
Surviving besides her husband Mort, are two sons, Lester P., Elyria and Harold M., LaGrange; a daughter, Mrs. Jessie Dani, LaGrange; four brothers, Norman Farrar, LaGrange, George Farrar, Bedford, and Lester and Walter Farrar, Cleveland, and nine grandchildren. Three children preceded her in death.
The body is at the Sudro-Curtis Funeral Home where friends may call until 11 a.m. Thursday when it will be taken to the First Baptist Church, LaGrange, for funeral services at 2 p.m. The Rev. Edward Helmick, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in the LaGrange Cemetery.
