In April 1930, Bud, age 35, & his wife, Opal, 26, owned a home in Grant, Dallas Co, MO, where Bud farmed. Bud was shown as being 27 years old at the time of his first marriage; Opal was 19. Their children were Dorothy, age 5 & Alice M., age 3 years & 2 months.

Mr. Allman was born Feb. 27, 1894, in Oregon County, Missouri, and resided here for 26 years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Seneca.
Survivors include his wife,Mrs. Opal Allman; three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Gaskin, Seneca, Mrs. Alice Poiry, Joplin, and Mrs. Ruby Young, San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Flore Owens, Buffalo, Mo.; eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Arrangements will be announced by Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca."

The Rev. Don Shepherd will officiate. Burial will be in Seneca Cemetery, under direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Wayne King, Joe Broderick, Bud Callaway, Joe Poiry, Otis Stark, and Bud Carlmey."
