in Sweden;Herman was borb August 22,1888
Their plans were to come to to the states
,Nels came ahead of the family in 1889,he
started a shoe repair shop in Rutland
North Dakota,he applied for a homestead
and sent for the family after the long trip
from Sweden to Liverpool arriving in Qubeck
Canada July 17 1892,than on to Minneapolis
Minnesota ,next stop Rutland North Dakota
In 1900 they moved in the new house,we
always called it the old Home Place by 1904
they had 7 children,in 1909 Herman left to
start his life in Montana,Andrew left next
the 1918 influenza took 2 of them the same
day Lawrence in the morning and Hannah in
the afternoon, In 1920 Nels moved to Lyndon
Washington and lived there until his death
April 29,1943,Bengta remained at the old
Home place until her death July 16,1929
