LUTHER RAY GIBSON A graveside service for Luther Ray Gibson, 76, of Hennessey, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Ames Cemetery. Jim Thorpe, pastor, will officiate. Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey. He was born March 26, 1929, to Charles Alfred and Julie Lorene Davis Gibson and died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, at Greenbrier Nursing Home. He lived in Hennessey where he worked for area farmers, prior to moving to Greenbrier Nursing Home in Enid. Surviving are two brothers, Charles Alfred Gibson Jr. of Temple and Howard Gibson of Tucson, Ariz., and one sister, Judy Murray of Fort Gibson. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
