Marian Elaine Andrews Phelps, 93, Rockford, formerly of El Paso, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2012, at her home.
She was born Jan. 2, 1919 in El Paso, the daughter of Percy and Faerie Andrews. She married Charles Joseph Phelps on June 27, 1948. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Louise Mayne.
Survivors include daughter, Peggy (David) Babb; grandsons, Joseph Ivacic (fiancee, Jin Levitsky), and James (Aya) Ivacic and a niece, Celicia (Henry) Upper.
