Mrs. Henry R. Aschenbrenner, 52, of 2222 Waldo Blvd, Manitowoc, died Monday
afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after an illness of six months.
Funeral services will be at 8:45 a.m. Thursday at Mittnacht Funeral Home,
Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church. The Rev. E. A.
Radey will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The former Angeline Klann was born Feb. 13, 1910, at Clarks Mills, daughter
of the late William and Rose Roemer Klann. She was educated at St. Mary School,
Clarks Mills, and Valders High School, graduating in 1928, and attended
Manitowoc Business College. She had been employed 20 years at Brey's Food Market,
Manitowoc, until becoming ill late last year.
She was married to Henry Aschenbrenner Jan. 18, 1941, at St. Mary Church, Clarks,
Mills, and the couple established residence at Manitowoc. She had been active in
fund raising campaigns at Manitowoc for many years.
Surviving are the husband, an uncle and several cousins.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday where the Rosary will
be recited at 7:30 p.m.
