Stanley S. Andrastek, 73, of 1421 S. 21st St., Manitowoc, died Saturday afternoon, Oct. 27, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Andrastek was born May 1, 1911, at Manitowoc, son of the late John and Anna Stryzewski Andrastek. He resided in Manitowoc all his life. He married Viola Krejcie Oct. 8, 1935, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Prior to retiring in 1976, he was employed as a Meat Cutter at Brey's market and various other markets in the City of Manitowoc. Mr. Andrastek was a member of Senior Citizens, Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 706 and St. Marys Mens Club.
Survivors include his wife, Viola; two sons and daughters-in-law, Phillip and Lucy Andrastek and Ronald and Mary Andrastek; a brother and sister-in-law, Bernard and Cele Andrastek; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Mrs. Josephine Sobieski, Mrs. Alice Bonk and Mrs. Clara Newphrey Check all of Manitowoc and seven grandchildren, Mary, Phillip Jr., John, Joseph, Peter, Christine and Cynthia; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Frances Andrastek of New London, Wis., nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday afternoon, where a prayer service will be 7 o'clock by Father Berryman and a Fraternal Order of Eagles Memorial Service will be 7:30 o'clock this Monday evening.
