Annie Margaret Clark Searle was born March 12, 1906 in Sandy, Utah, the fifth of nine children born to Lorenzo Southwell and Ada Sarah Sanford Clark. She married Vernon Searle Dec. 23, 1924 in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1980. She passed from this life to a far better place on Aug. 31, 2004. Many friends and family have benefited from her life of service and the artistry of her handicrafts. She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. Also her daughter Edith LeBeau, a daughter who died in infancy, step-children Clarence, Dorothy and Helen and grandson Carl. She is survived by her brothers Arthur K. and Newell S. Clark. Her children Duane (Genieve), Boyd (Ilean), Elaine (Morgan) and Judie (Tom). Also a numerous posterity of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral services held Sat., Sept. 4, 2004 in the Emerson Ward Chapel, 1621 S. 1100 E., Salt Lake City. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
