Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 25th from 11:00a.m.-1:00p.m. in the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 65 East 500 North, Orem, UT 84057. A visitation will be held Friday evening, May 25th, from 5:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at Legacy Funerals & Cremations at 3595 N. Main Street, Spanish Fork.

Interment will be held at 11:00a.m. the following day, Saturday, May 26th, at the Springville City Cemetery.
