Lois Blair Boren, 97, of McMinnville died Monday, Sept. 10 at Woodbury Nursing Center.
She was born on Feb. 3, 1910 in Warren County. She was preceded in death by parents; John M. and Ida Turner Blair, husband Jasper Boren, brothers, Haskel Blair, Willie A. Blair and Doyle Blair; sisters, Audie Talley and Cleo Blair. Mrs. Boren was retired from J.C. Penney's and a member of Bratchers Crossroads Free Medthodist Church.
Survivors include many cousins, family members and friends.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bobby Wheeler will officiate. Interment will follow at Centertown Cemetery. The Boren family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m. and again on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
