John McCully, Jr. married Sarah White of Edwardsville, Ill. in 1820. They lived in Randolph Co., Mo. where he was a successful farmer near Thomas Hill. They had 9 children before she died in 1844 when there youngest child was only 3 yrs. old. Four years later, John married Lucy Brammer. They had 10 children, the youngest being born 8 months after his death Apr. 28, 1860.
