67 of Maxey Valley died Sunday, July 15, 2012. Born June 21, 1945, he was the son of the late Charlie and Sarah Turpin Crowe. He was a retired bus driver for Casey County Schools and a farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Selch Crowe. He is survived by 1 son, Timmy (Dessa) Crowe; 2 daughters: Tammy (Larry) Moberly and Tracey (Dewayne) Evans; 2 brothers: J.T. Crowe and Donnie Crowe and 1 sister, Nancy Griffin; and 8 grandchildren: Brad, Jessica, Jonathan, Arron, Tyler, Dalton, Abby and Amber. Services will be at 1 PM, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Darrell Burton and Bro. Johnnie Patton with burial in Maxey Valley Cemetery. Pallbearers are Dewayne Evans, Larry Moberly, Arron Moberly, Brad Crowe, Phillip Russell and Joe Lawhorn. Honorary pallbearers are Jim Norman, Ershel (Squirt) Brown, Bobby Brown and Ivan Brown. Visitation is 6-9 PM, Wednesday.
