Married 1: Manford D. Nicholas . They married on June 8, 1892 in Morgan County.
The divorced in 1915. Based on census information they had the following children: Ethel Pearl Nicholas, Fred A. Nicholas, Hallie M. Nicholas, Clara Verne Nicholas, and Charles D. Nicholas.

Married 2: Edward England.

Her obit in the Illinois State Journal, Jan. 31, 1956, is somewhat messed up in that it lists some of the children as England. According to the obit, she was survived by her husband, Edward; two sons: Nicholas England of Lemon, Colorado and Fred N. England of Murrayville (this is Fred A. Nicholas), two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Cummings of Denver, Colorado and Mrs. Oscar Canaday of Springfield; four brothers: George Covey, Robert Covey, and Hugh Covey, all of Jacksonville, and Sanford Covey of Woodson; and one sister, Mrs. Lydia Nunis of Chicago; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
