Rose C. Candelaria, age 86, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away July 16, 2001 at home with her loved ones at her side.
Rose is survived by her daughters, Carmen Salazar and Kathy García Baca and her husband, Ken Baca, two sisters, Filomena García and Celia Córdova, one brother, Willie Chávez, three granddaughters, Elaine Trujillo and her husband, David, Mandy Perales and Antoinette Salazar, four grandsons, Dominic, Mark, Kenny and Kurtis, five great-granddaughters, one great-grandson and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends who loved and will miss her.
Services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2001. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2001. Burial will follow at San José de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pete Tapia, Dominic Perales, Martín Chávez, David Trujillo, Kenny Baca and Mark Baca. Honorary Pallbearer will be Alfonso Perales.
