Carmen Salazar passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 12, 2021 with her immediate family by her side.
Carmen was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Salazar, mother, Rosa C. Candelaria, father, Bernabe Candelaria and grandson Santiago B. Trujillo.
Carmen is survived by her daughters, Elaine Salazar, Kathy García-Baca and her husband, Kenneth, granddaughters, Antoinette Salazar, Brandy Trujillo and Breanna Trujillo and many nephews and nieces who adored her.
Carmen will be deeply missed for she had the biggest heart for all.
Carmen's Life Celebration will take place on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at San José de Armijo Cemetery located at 2957 Arenal Rd. SW, Albuquerque, NM.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Dominic Perales.
