George Orren Boston, b. May 18,1859, Geneva, DeKalb County Illinois. Son of James B. & Caroline H. (Gerlach) Boston.

The Family moved to Southfork TWP, Pawnee County Nebraska in 1864,
1st Married- Dec.28,1881, Pawnee Co., NE., Mrs. Sarah (Barklow) Snyder, widow of Daniel H. Snyder(1848-1875), was the 1st wife of George Oreen.
George, Sarah and children Jay, Jesse, and Onie Boston moved to Smith Center in 1891.

The rest of the Boston family moved to Smith Center Kansas in 1894
Wife Sarah died in Smith Center Kansas May 27, 1909,
George then married Lottie Jane Lawson Staley, 1915 in Smith County Kansas.

George Orren died November 10, 1946 In Smith Center Kansas.
