Anna Marie was the daughter of Christian and Catharine Oswald Bierman. She married Henry Hildabolt around 1817 in Germany. They immigrated to America in 1832. After Henry's death in 1846 she married John Shelley on 22 May 1852 in Elkhart Co, Indiana. He predeceased her. She went by the name "Anna Marie" in Germany and "Mary Ann" in America.
