Thomas was preceded in death by one daughter, Agnes. He is survived by his wife, son, Ladislav, and daughters, Mrs. Marie Codr, Mrs. Frances Pesek, Mrs. Caroline Semink and Mrs. Martha Dowding.
He is buried in Saint Wenceslaus Cemetery, Seward, Nebraska.
