Funeral of Carl Myers
The funeral of Carl Myers occurred at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the family residence, and was largely attended by the many friends of the family in this city. The services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Knight and were very affecting. the floral offerings were both numerous and beautiful. Many cut flowers and ornamental piece coming from Chicago, St. Louis and Cincinnati. The pall bearers were Jerome Chaffee, George Whitsett, Guy Wells, George Eldred, Arthur Webster and Tom Franks. The remains were laid to their final rest in Park Cemetery, and the funeral cortege was one of the longest ever seen in this city.
