Lucy was married to William Henry Hotaling and Marvin Dopp. Although no marriage certificate has been found so far, Lucy is buried with Florence and Herbert Montayne, possibly children with Herbert Montayne Sr. Also buried nearby is daughter Lena Hotaling Brown. Lucy is the daughter of Emeline Hogeboom and Alexander Van Valkenburg.
