Consuelo Acosta, 76, of Andrews passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Home Hospice House in Odessa, Texas.
Rosary will be 7:00 PM Sunday at McNett Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Monday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Andrews. Father Joseph Ogbana will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews North Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.
Mrs. Acosta was born August 18, 1935 in Mulato, Mexico. She moved to Andrews in 1994 from Ft. Stockton after the death of her husband, Martin Acosta.
She loved going out to eat and shopping. She enjoyed being around her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tomas and Luz Vasquez; two sisters, Elisa Quintela, Benita Baeza; and one brother Martin Vasquez.
She is survived by one brother, Roberto Vasquez of Andrews; Juan De Dios Vasquez of Andrews; sisters Margarita Montoya of Andrews and Cruz Salazar also of Andrews and several nieces and nephews.
