Funeral services were held Tuesday evening, March 24, at the Funeral Home, Port Washington, for Mrs. Ethel Adam, 92, a former Port Washington resident who died Saturday, March 21, at the Lasata Nursing Home.
The services were conducted by Rev. Joseph Anderson, of the First Presbyterian Church, Kiel, with burial in Union Cemetery, Port Washington.
Born Ethel Russell in Cedarhurst, Wis., on Sept. 12, 1888, she was the daughter of Fred and Frances (Liscum) Russell. She married Henry Adam of Port Washington in June of 1909, and he preceded her in death in 1939.
Mrs. Adam is survived by a son Fred (Sylvia) Adam of Port Washington; a daughter Mary (Henry) Mesch of Kiel; two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
