FRANCES MARY MESCH

Frances Mary Mesch, 85, formerly of 318 Paine St., Kiel, died Monday morning, Nov. 17, 1997 at Calumet Medical Center in Chilton.
She is the former Mary Adam born March 15, 1912 in Port Washington, daughter of the late Henry and Ethel Russell Adam. She was a graduate of Port Washington High School. On Aug. 31, 1935 she married Henry A. Mesch in Port Washington. He preceded her in death on June 8, 1981. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Kiel and was active in the Kiel Girl Scouts.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy (Donald) Sievert of Huntington Harbor, California, and Mary "Betty" (Charles) Hartmann of Racine, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and one sister-in-law, Sylvia Adam of Port Washington. She was preceded in death by on brother, Fritz Adam.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 19, at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home in Kiel, with the Rev. Marcia Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the Kiel City Cemetery.
