LODI — Former Yountville resident Ruth Leer Priebe, 80, of Galt, died Thursday at a convalescent hospital. Mrs. Priebe was born on Jan. 16, 1908, in North Dakota, where she grew up. She received her teaching degree in Lodi and taught in Salida.
She married Emil J. Priebe in Lodi in 1933. With her husband, she was an active member of the Yountville Seventh-day Adventist Church.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Priebe is survived by a son, Dennis, of Galt. There will he no visitation or service. Burial at Yountville Cemetery was private. Treadway and Wigger Funeral Chapel, Napa, made arrangements."
