Daughter of Thomas Turner II & Mary McWilliams. Married William Parrott (1783-1824) on 4 Mar 1802 in Jefferson Co (West) Virginia. Operated an "Ordinary" (akin to a Bed and Breakfast or Inn) initially with husband William along the Ohio River (modern day Riverfront Park in Moundsville WV) until his death in 1824.
