WESLEY R. DUNBAR -- 73, OF 810 Keller Ave., Biloxi, was dead on arrival Monday at 9:15 am at Howard Memorial Hospital in Biloxi.
Mr. Dunbar was born Feb. 3, 1902 in Loxley, Ala., and was a resident of Biloxi for over 60 years. He was a retired city employe, having worked for the street department.
He was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, the Carpenters Union in Biloxi; former member of the Elks Club; member of the Magnolia F & AM Masonic Lodge No. 120 in Biloxi; lifetime member of all York Rite bodies and lifetime member of the Knights Templar Eye Foundation.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Bernice Eleuterius Dunbar of Biloxi; two brothers, Bill Dunbar of Ocean Springs; Burton Dunbar of Loxley, Ala.; two sisters, Mrs Maxie Bonnett of Biloxi; Mrs Evelyn Hinote of Denham Springs, Ala., two step-daughters, Mrs. Catherine Lepo, Mrs. Lillian McGill, both of Biloxi; one stepson, Loven Manuel of Ocean Springs, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home from 6 to 10 p.m.
Tuesday. Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral Home.
Interment will be in Biloxi Cemetery with masonic rites at the graveside.
