Mrs. Emil (Rose) Wesely, 729 2nd Street N.W. Waseca, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 1972, at the Waseca Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Wesely, age 86, had been ill for several weeks. Services were held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waseca. Interment was at the Calvary Cemetery near Waterville. Pallbearers were Emil Weber, Ronald Kadrlik, Richard Kaderlik, Donald Wesely, Ronald Wesely, and Francis Wesely.

Mrs. Wesely was born on July 8, 1885 at Montgomery, Minnesota, to the late Frank and Agnes (Doktor) Mach. She received her education at the St. Agnes Parochial School in Montgomery and on November 19, 1914, she was united in marriage at the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer in Montgomery to Mr. Emil Wesely from near Waterville. They lived and farmed in Iosco Township, near Elysian for many years before moving to Waseca were Mrs. Wesely resided for nearly 30 years. Her husband, Emil, passed away in October, 1950.

Mrs. Wesely is survived by her son, Stanley and his wife, Elizabeth, Faribault, Minnesota; six grandchildren, Mrs. Richard Kaderlik, Mrs. Ronald Kadrlik, Mrs. Robert Vogel, Francis, Donald and Ronald Wesely, and two great-grandchildren, all of Faribault; two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. C.J. (Antoinette) Soboy, St. Paul, Mrs. Edw. (Elizabeth) Hammargren, Kilkenny; George F. Mach, Morristown, and Eugene L. Mach of Rochester. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two brothers, who died in childhood, and three sisters, Mrs. R. (Mary) Daniels, Mrs. M. (Catherine) Kennedy and Mrs. Louis (Anna) Richter.
