David Clifford Kear was born in Pennington, NM on May 22, 1933. David was called home on Saturday June 23, 2012 in Albuquerque NM at the age of 79. David will be remembered for his love of serving his church and always involving himself in many projects. David enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He honorably served his country in the United States Army and worked for many years in the Electrical Industry in NM. David was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Kear and brother, James Kear. David is survived by his wife of 31 years, Linda Kear of the family home here in Albuquerque; three sons, Terry Kear and his wife, Daisy of Texas, Manuel Kear of the family home here in Albuquerque, Dustin Kear and his wife, Jennifer of Albuquerque; three daughters, Kathy Morris and her husband, Ellis of Albuquerque, Kim Herrera and Steve Baca of Albuquerque, Karen Lopez and her husband, Larry of Albuquerque; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Fred Kear and his wife, Fonda of Albuquerque; Don Kear and his wife, Wanda of Albuquerque. A Memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho, 3906 19th Ave. S.E. Rio Rancho on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd. N.E. at 2:30 p.m. with United States Army Honors. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to Heartland Hospice 4001 Indian School Rd. N.E. 300, Albuquerque, NM. 87110.
