Mrs. Edith M. DeLong, 69, of Mertztown R. 1, died yesterday morning at her home. She was the widow of Luther A. DeLong. Born in Bowers, she was a daughter of the late Alvin K. and Katie M. (Heimbach) Fegely. She was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Topton.
Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Frances, wife of Orlando Geiger of Mertztown R. 1, and Marian, wife of Harry Weider of Macungie; a son, Alfred A. of Grand Junction, Colo.; a sister, Mrs. Iva Wambold of Mertztown R. 1; a brother, Clarence K. Fegely of Bowers, 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Earl A. Trexler Funeral Home, 25 E. Weiss St., Topton. Viewing wil be 7-8 p.m. Monday.
