Roy Dale Mantle, 65, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 22, 1936, in Cardin, Okla. A resident for 38 years, he was a casino floorman. He is survived by his wife, Maryadelia; two daughters, Kathy Jo King and DeAnne McIntosh, both of Tulsa, Okla.; one sister, Barbara of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Ray Mantle of Las Vegas and Butch of Oklahoma City; and three grandchildren. Burial will be in Eden Vale Memorial Park. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements. The family suggests donations to DELTA Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 9, Glendale, CA 91209, Attention: Leo Grillo.
