The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 20, from the Congregational Church of Detroit Lakes, with the Rev. Jim Koch officiating The David-Donehower Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Steven C. Squires, son of Fayette and Dagmar Klinger Squires, was bom at Fargo on Jan. 28, 1955, spent his early years in Detroit Lakes and in Arizona and graduated from Tucson, Arizona., High School (Class of 1973).
He was employed by Circle K Stores in Tucson and then returned to Detroit Lakes in 1974 and worked for Hartman Hide & Fur
On July 21, 1979, he and Pam Miller were married at Bois D'Arc, Mo.
Mr. Squires was employed by Mutual of Omaha in Detroit Lakes from 1979-82 and then started Data- Tex West Computer Co and Worldwide webpages Inc. in MN www.www.com operated it until his death.
Surviving are his wife-Pam; a son-Steven, Detroit Lakes ; a daughter-Tarna, Detroit his parents-Faye and Dagmar Squires, Detroit Lakes.
