He was a farm manager and a WW II veteran of the US Army.
He was a mechanic and a Diamondbacks fan.
He had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and riding horses.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; one son, two daughters, and 10 grandchildren.
