Miss Nettie Bangs of Madison, died Thursday night at her home in Madison.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Methodist Church in Madison. Interment will be made in Olpe.

Nettie A. Bangs, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Bangs of Madison, died Thursday at her home in Madison.
Miss Bangs was born August 26, 1866 in College Springs, Iowa, and taught in the public schools of Osage and Lyon Counties. She was postmistress in Olpe eight years and later went to Ocala, Fla., where she taught in the Women's Home Missionary School of the Methodist Church and afterwards became superintendent of the school. Miss Bangs had been failing in health several years. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church and is survived by one brother, Guy Bangs, of Madison and on sister, Mrs. C. L. Soule, of Emporia. Her stepmother, two half-sisters, and six half-brothers also survive her.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Methodist Church in Madison, conducted by the Rev. Mr. O. Duby, of Emporia. Interment was made in the Olpe Cemetery.
