Hattie Downing, 77, Bonner Springs, died March 15, 1994, at the home. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at the Alden-Harrington Chapel, Bonner Springs; burial in the Bonner Springs Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the memorial fund of the First Christian Church of Bonner Springs. Mrs. Downing was a lifelong area resident. She was an operator for the Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., retiring in 1960. She was a charter member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary in Bonner Springs. She was a member of the church. Survivors include her husband, Keith "Skeeter" Downing of the home.
