Mildred (affectionately known as Maudie) graduated from Inglewood High School in 1938. She worked at Coast Ice Cream Company, as a bookkeeper for the Plum Tool Company, then at Northrup Corporation for 19 years. Maudie loved classical music, especially opera, read non-fiction and biographies voraciously, and enjoyed solving crosswords and cryptaquote puzzles. She is responsible for most of the Enman Family Genealogy which was sent to Prince Edward Island Historical Society.
