She was born Aug. 31, 1912, in Logan to Elmer and Ruth (Worrell) Dye. She was a 1930 graduate of Logan High School and attended Kansas Weslyan College, Salina.
She married Erwin A. "Cy" Stepper on Sept. 4, 1938, in Logan. He preceded her in death. She was a homemaker/bookkeeper.
Survivors include a daughter, Cynthia Stepper, Overland Park.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rexford Community Church; burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Logan.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today at Pauls Funeral Home, Selden, and from 9 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the church.
