Katherine Marie Sharrer, age 85, at Sunrise Assisted Living in Frederick. Mrs. Sharrer was a graduate of Brunswick High School and the Frederick Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of Saint John he Evangelist Roman Catholic Church. She worked for several years as a nurse at the Frederick Memorial Hospital, and was retired after 25 years as an instructional aide at the Scott Key Center.
A Funeral Mass will be held Dec. 11 at Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church. Interment in St. John's Cemetery, Frederick.
