Wayne Earl Bright was the son of John Creamer Bright and Clara Mellick Bright and was born in Madison, Jefferson Co, Indiana.
He grew up with four brothers and two sisters on the family farm in Milton Township. This farm had been established at least as early as 1843 by his great grandfather, Lorenzo Dow Bright.
He had an active childhood, helping on the farm and being the "little brother" always full of mischief.
Sadly, he died much too young, only a teenager, the result of an accident while working on a car.
He was greatly loved and is missed.
