She Married Edward Dean Adamson on May 31, 1951 in Salina, Kansas. A dedicated homemaker, she raised five children and was "mom" to many of their friends as they grew up. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, reading, and was an avid bell collector. She loved playing card games and it was not unusual to find her with family and friends gathered around the kitchen table eating pizza and french fries playing games until late in the evening. Marjorie joined the First Baptist Church and was baptized a year ago.
