Mr. Newt Lewis Jr., age 82 of Jackson, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Bro. Ron Hale, and Bro. Andy Neely officiating. Entombment will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Lewis was born on February, 25 1930 in Clarksville, TN to the late Albert and Nellie Lewis.
He retired as a district manager of American General Insurance, and was a faithful member of West Jackson Baptist Church for over 44 years.
The family will receive friends Monday, May 7, 2012 from 9 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the North Chapel.
