Interment was in Bethel Baptist Cemetery with Sorensen Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Born Ida Hove on Jan. 15, 1898 at Edinburg, she came to rural Powers Lake with her parents at the age of 15 years. She attended Minot State College and taught rural Mountrail County school for several years. On Oct. 28, 1922 she married Arthur Sellie on the Hove farm near Powers Lake and for several years operated a grocery and mercantile business. This year she had been assisting in operating the Garness variety store,
She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and served as Sunday School treasurer for many years.
Surviving are her husband and a sister, Mrs. Henry Johnson of Powers Lake.
