The children Rosa and David are children of a different Robert Ward. This Robert married Gilly Law. And he was younger than Robert W. Ward.
Also I do not believe that Evermont Ward was a child of Robert and Nancy. He was not mentioned in the will and since he was a lawyer he would have made sure he got what he thought was his.
