She was married in Boston at St. Joseph's Church on Jan. 21, 1889, by dear friend Rev. Wm. H. O'Connell. She had belonged to the Church of Ireland, but became a Catholic late in her life.
A longtime Charlestown resident, she died at her home at 85 Russell St. Her funeral was held at her home on the 12th.
