My Grandpa came here from Germany, when just a child. He met my Grandma at Church (as told to me by my Aunt) They
married and raised 7 terrific children. They owned a
beautiful farm in Wisconsin. Some of my fondest memories
are of times visiting them on their farm. My Grandpa
loved the Milwaukee Braves as they were called back then,
and the televison show, To Tell The Truth. He always had
a dish of peppermint candy, and to this day I love that
candy also. He was a loving and hard working man and I
will always be proud that I am his granddaughter...
My Grandpa served our country in the United States Army, World War I.
