Elizabeth was born in Wapakoneta, Ohio August 3, 1840 to Matthias and Sabina (Kreitzer) Landcommer. She married Nicholas Lutz on June 9, 1865. They had four girls; Minnie, Elizabeth, Anna Marie and Theresia. Elizabeth was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Parish in Toledo for many years. She also was a member of the Third Order Secular of Saint Francis. Her husband Nicholas Lutz, a Civil War Veteran, died July 1, 1881 and is buried in Wakeman Cemetery in Waterville. Elizabeth died Oct 20, 1935 and is buried near the Neumeyer Headstone Monument.
