Mr. Febish died at the age of 75 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, with his wife of 40 years, Barbara Yurkon Febish, by his side. He was the son of the late Eugene and Doris Mindzak Febish. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the Korean War from 1951 to 1953 and was a 51-year member of the American Legion Post 558, Plains, PA. Through his career, Mr. Febish worked as a contract technical writer, working for many large companies. He retired from UTC/Sikorsky Aircraft in 1994. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Karen Febish Jones and her husband Clifford and Susanne Febish Ulmer and her husband, Charles; four grandchildren, Ridge and Spencer Jones and Katelin and Kellie Ulmer. He is also survived by a brother, Eugene Febish and his wife, Olga.
