Rosie Robinson, 96, died Tuesday at Bulloch Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was a native of Bulloch County and a member of the Original First African Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Ruby DeLoach, Statesboro; a sister, Hattie Reed, West Palm Beach, Fla.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Original First African Baptist Church with the Rev. Bennie Brinson officiating. Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery. Family visitation will be Friday at 7 p.m. at the chapel of James R. Barnes Mortuary.
