Nancy Ann Pickerell [sic] was born in the state of Indiana February 14, 1849. Died at the Soldier's home in Grand Island, Friday, October 7, aged 72 years, 8 months and 21 days.
She was united in marriage to William H. Morgan at Borkabell, Wisconsin, on December 25, 1869.
They moved from Wisconsin to Iowa, then to Lexington, Nebr., then to Sumner, Nebr., moving to Loup City in 1900 where they have since resided. Two children were born to this union, George H. Morgan, of Ravenna, and Mrs. Ivy Radcliffe of Loup City. Besides these she leaves to mourn her death her husband and four grandchildren, three brothers and two sisters.
Her constant prayer was that she might pass on.
Funeral services were held from the M. E. church last Sunday afternoon, Rev. E. H. Maynard officiating. Interment was made in Evergreen cemetery.
